Return Policy

90 days to return new, unworn merchandise, with tags on it.

Uptown Girl Headwear return policy: Uptown Girl Headwear gladly accepts brand new returns. Unworn, brand new, clean, fresh headwear, with tags still attached, should be returned within 90 days for a full refund, or an exchange. Keep any returns double bagged to preserve freshness. On returns over $100 there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. We are proud of less than a 1% return rate. Return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. Shipping back to us within the USA  is approximately $4. Send the cheapest way, and we should NOT have to sign for it at this end. Include a note that says refund, or exchange. We are flexible.
